The Bulletin Board offers news and announcements about members, and lets members communicate with each other.

Canine Good Citizen Testing:
This is AKC's basic certificate for your companion dog. MPMKC's AKC licensed evaluators hold sessions several times a year, often at the conclusion of basic obedience classes. There is a $5 fee that goes to AKC.
Fall certificate sessions are:

October 20 - Brenda Young - testing at the MMKC Fun Day.

November 13 - testing at the MPMKC building, 7 PM.

Therapy Dog Certification:

If you'd like TD certification contact Alice Jenicke or Doreen Messner. They can tell you about the MPMKC Tale-Waggers (TM) program, or put you in touch with certifiers for national programs.

Parades:
Members try to participate in a couple of parades a year, usually Mardi Gras and CMU Homecoming. Here's a shot from Mardi Gras 2005.

Sherrie Start – Misty Mountain’s Out Shine Them All earned her CD, RN, and her Novice Draft Dog title.

Sue Gamble – Can.Ch.Icamani Northern Dancer (Derby) completed his Canadian championship in May, 2007.

Sue Gamble – Silmaril's Royal Reflection, Am. CDX, Can. CD completed his AKC Companion Dog Excellent title in November, 2006.

Deb Marmarelli - Ch. Asterling's Got the Blues JH WC CGC CCA (Ella) earned her Junior Hunter (JH) in Septemper 2006 and her championship in July 2007.

Sue Sowmick - Wheatnbrook's Starry Night (Ruby) finished her championship at the Grand Rapids show in November, 2006, and then had a wonderful litter.
